What we store

The desktop application sends only what the licence check needs: your code or token, the hashed computer identifier, the computer name and the application version. It does not send image data or results.
Who processes it
Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, email) and our payment provider (payment data). We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
How long
Account and licence data for as long as you have an account plus the retention required for accounting. Events for two years. Email verification and password-reset links for 24 hours.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or ask us to delete your account by writing to the support address shown on this portal.
Cookies
The portal uses two cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a token that protects forms against cross-site requests. No analytics, no third-party cookies.
