• A new licence that has not been activated can be refunded in full on request within 14 days of purchase. Write to the support address with the payment reference shown on your account page.
• Once a code has been activated, the licence term has started and the purchase is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• An extension can be refunded within 14 days if the added time has not yet begun, that is, the licence's previous expiry date has not passed.
• Refunds go back to the payment method used, through our payment provider, usually within ten working days. The refunded time is removed from the licence.
• Trials are free and have no refund.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law.
